1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZeroToTen's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ZeroToTen provides technical partnership services including but not limited to:

  • Security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Code review and architecture consulting
  • Feature development and implementation
  • Technical strategy and guidance
  • Ongoing engineering support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your project
  • Grant necessary access to code repositories and systems as required
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Not share our proprietary methodologies or tools with third parties

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client code, business information, and project details as strictly confidential. We will sign NDAs upon request and maintain confidentiality throughout and after our engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All code and deliverables created specifically for your project belong to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general knowledge gained during the engagement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the engagement with 30 days written notice after the first month. Refunds for unused time will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we cannot guarantee that all security vulnerabilities will be identified or that code will be free of all defects. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet all of your requirements or expectations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email.
